How we handle the personal data you give us, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018.
Topdesti S.L., tax number B76327972, registered at Calle California 41, Primero, 35010 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, España. Contact email: hello@mycoloratlas.com.
Only what you enter in the contact form: name, email address, phone number, the name of your venue or company and the message you write.
We also record the language you were browsing in, so we can reply in it. We do not collect special category data and we do not build profiles.
To answer your enquiry, send the quote you asked for and continue the exchange of messages that follows from it.
It is not used to send unsolicited marketing, and it is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
Your consent when submitting the form, and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request when you ask for a quote (Article 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
For as long as the commercial relationship lasts and then for the periods legally required to deal with any liabilities. If the enquiry does not lead to a contract, the data is kept for a maximum of two years.
You can ask us to erase it at any time.
Messages are stored on Supabase infrastructure, whose servers used by this site are located in the European Union, and the site is hosted by our hosting provider. Both act as processors under a signed agreement.
Beyond those providers, we do not pass your data to anyone, except where required by law.
To show you the site in your language, the country of your IP address is looked up on the first visit. Our server stores only the two-letter country, alongside an irreversible encryption of the address, for thirty days, so the lookup is not repeated on every visit. The full IP address is not stored, and the lookup is not linked to anyone.
The lookup is made at ipapi.co when the server does not know the country by itself. Adding ?nogeo=1 to the address stops it happening.
You can access, rectify and erase your data, object to processing, request its restriction and ask for portability, by writing to hello@mycoloratlas.com stating which right you wish to exercise.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
The site is served over an encrypted connection and access to the messages received is restricted to authorised people at Topdesti S.L. through a username and password.
